Does the current ';House'; episode air again on another day, time and station?

I currently watch ';House'; on Monday at 8:00 on Fox (Ch 5 in NY). Does it air again the same week either on the same station or a different one?Does the current ';House'; episode air again on another day, time and station?
This recent episode was a repeat. The next new episode to air is next week.

';Saviors'; - 4/13/2009





USA does repeat the episodes seen on Fox, however I am not sure if they re-air the episodes the same week.

I don't think the same episode plays twice in one week, but the episodes do get posted on fox.com 8 days after they air the first time.





You can also find the episodes on surfthechannel.com almost immediately after their first airing.
There are reruns on USA, but not of the current season. However, if you miss an episode they get posted at hulu.com 8 days after they air.
