House episode 15 season 5, what happened i dont understand?

The episode with the priest and the boy, and how he was 'born with aids'. They never really explained it. Did the boy rape the priest?!! If it was 4 years earlier and the boy looks around 16-17, he would have been around 13-14. A 13 year old raping a 20 something year old???


I dont get it, what happened and what did he mean by 'he was confused' if the priest hadn't molested him?House episode 15 season 5, what happened i dont understand?
If he was ';born with AIDS'; it means that his mother probably had AIDS and passed it to him.





If I remember the episode correctly, the priest did not molest or rape the boy, but the boy claimed he did and the priest was asked to leave. Later it turned out that the boy lied. The priest saying he was ';confused'; was a nice way for the priest to say the boy was lying.House episode 15 season 5, what happened i dont understand?
Is that the one where, at the end of the episode, the kid comes to the hospital to see the priest? If so, I think the boy accused the priest of raping him and never recanted until he thought the priest was dying (b/c one of House's docs went to see the boy). Even then I don't think he recanted, I think he just apologized and the understanding was that the boy was sorry for making the (false) accusation in the first place.

It turned out that the boy lied and then said he was sorry for lying. I do not remember the diagnosis, but the priest did nothing to him- the boy made up a story and then said he was sorry to the priest. Sorry that I don't remember the diagnosis- it should be on DVD by now?
