Which House episode is it that you see House's bum leg?

I know there was an episode in which House is standing in Cuddy's office and as she's leaving, he turns and drops his pants, showing his bum leg where the muscle was removed. He says something along the lines of ';Does this look okay? Because last time I checked there should be muscle there!';





I'd really appreciate figuring out which episode this is because it's been pestering me for a while..
