I watched it and the lady at the end who talks to house when he is playing piano. Who is that? Is it Wilson's wife?Who is the lady at the end of the new House episode?(Saviors)?

BOOKISH--I didn't notice that about the snow! But unless Princeton-Plainsboro hospital is supposed to be in Cape May, it can't possibly be ';three hours from Manhattan';; we don't have coral snakes in NJ--our only poisonous snakes are copperheads and rattlers; and we get DWI, Driving While Intoxicated here, not DUI!

There was a scene once with House and that girl who was raped and pregnant, (';One Day, One Room';) and he takes her outside. It's a beautiful day by a lake, the trees and the grass are green, and yet there were piles of snow here and there. I've noticed this with other shows as well. Apparently the people in California think we've got snow about 10 months out of the year. :-)
House is hallucinating. That is Amber, Wilson girlfriend that passed away at the end of last seasonish. House feels guilty for her death, because he was the one that was drunk and called wilson to pick him up. She came in his place.
