When trying to force the man to drink a holyllite, sugar water, House noticed that the bones in the man's hands were clubbed and that his nails were yellow. He told he team to xray the hands and run tests for lung cancer. They did and, they found out that it was inoperable and malignant and had reached his lymph nodes. They told him about Radiation therapy and that was the end of that. Afterwards, Cameron found out that House's lawyer cleaned up the drug charges and all he had to do is pay $85 for his bike to be returned from impound. He tried to find out what was up with Cameron, who she was thinking about when she was treating the large man. She wouldn't tell but he suspected it was herself. She wouldn't say. Meanwhile the cop went to Wilson's hotel room to try and get him to change his testimony about writing all of House's presciptions. Wilson tried to get him to understand that House is in a lot of pain and does need the medication. The cop then showed Wilson some forged scripts along with some good ones. Wilson kept to his story. The cop all but threatened to go after Wilson too. The show ends with Wilson worrying about House and House in his own place playing his guitar. EOEHow did last night's House episode end?

The guy had lung cancer.
The doctors thought it was diabetes and some other stuff again but fatty wouldn't let them test for it, he only wanted them to test for things that didn't have to do with his weight. The guy grabbed House's hand and House could tell by how his bones felt that he had lung cancer. They did they test and YUP! Lung cancer it is.
