Has there been a House episode where there was no diagnosis of a disease?

The question title may be misleading, but I was talking with my sister and I said it would be a good idea if the script writer/director made a show on House that Dr.House comes across a case that has disease name, that he has to find the cure for this new disease. She said that there has been a show like this, so I asked if the main character (the patient) was a girl or boy. She said she couldn't remember.





So the question is, was there an episode like that?Has there been a House episode where there was no diagnosis of a disease?
well there are a couple of episodes where House experiments with different cures of diseases. but usually he doesn't come up with the idea himself, he reads a medical journal and uses their experimental treatments quite often. i can't remember them all, but there is one called Cursed where its a young boy who has leprecy (sorry, can't spell it!) house treats him with Thalidomide, which is not the common treatment. hopefully that helps, although i have a feeling its a load of waffle. sorry i can't be moire specific.
